Working days are: Monday - Friday excluding Saturdays and Sundays and Bank Holidays. The below delivery dates are for mainland addresses and should only be used as a guide. They are updated annually and are pretty accurate for most parts of the country but if you live in a remote area or in the Highlands or Ireland please allow at least one extra working day.

Standard Delivery - £3.95

You order your items on Friday afternoon at 15:00 hrs so your parcel will arrive on or after the following Wednesday .

Express Delivery - £5.95

Order before 15:00 pm today for guaranteed 48 hrs delivery.

Your parcel will be dispatched to arrive with you within 48 hours *(orders placed after 3pm Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day).

Next Day Delivery - £7.95

Order before 15:00 pm today for delivery tomorrow.

Your parcel will be dispatched on the day of order to arrive with you by 7.00pm the next working day* (orders placed after 4pm Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day*)

Collection

We do not offer collection from our warehouse.

Returns

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any* of the goods you purchase, please return them within 14 days (7 days for Fancy Dress costumes) and we will refund you. Please return item(s) in a resaleable condition to the following address: Partycomet, TBC

We strongly recommend that you use proof of delivery services to return your items because we cannot be held responsible for loss of items you have returned in the post.

*Please note that personalised items can only be returned if the goods are faulty

Delivery of Helium

Orders containing helium gas cannot be sent to overseas addresses or to non-mainland UK destinations. If you are trying to checkout and no delivery options are visible and you are not based in the UK, please remove helium from your basket.

Delivery of Fancy Dress

Cut off time for ordering Fancy Dress is 1pm. Fancy Dress items are not available to be dispatched on our Next Day service, please choose Express or Standard Delivery.

Delivery of Personalised Banners

The cut off time for ordering Personalised Banners on a Next Day service is 2pm. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday the following week (unless a Bank Holiday).
