How can I pay for my Selection?

We currently only accept card payments for online and over the phone orders, and can offer various ways for you to pay for your order, including MasterCard, Visa, Maestro (previously Switch), Visa Electron and Visa Delta. Please ensure that the billing address entered on your order matches the address the payment card is registered to.

Can I pay by a cheque?

Sorry, we do not accept payments by cheque.

When will I receive my order if I order today?

We have different delivery options available according to how urgent your order is including a next day delivery option. To view these options and find out exactly when you will receive your parcel see the Delivery and Returns section.

Can I return my order or part of it?

Yes, we want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any* of the products you purchase then as long as they are re saleable, un-used , complete in all respects and within their original undamaged packaging you can return them to us for a refund within 14 days. When returning any item to us please state the reason for the return and include your name, address, contact telephone number and order reference number.

* Please note that personalised items can only be returned if the goods are faulty

I have just realised I need something else, can I add it to my original order once I have paid for it?

Unfortunately it is not possible, all our customer orders are passed directly and immediately to our warehouse for shipping and we cannot intercept them

Can I have my order delivered on a Saturday?

This service is currently under review.

Do foil balloons come ready inflated with Helium?

Our foil balloons are not supplied filled with helium but we do stock Helium canisters. Use the search bar on our website for further information on our helium canisters.

How long will helium filled balloons stay aloft?

Generally speaking good quality latex balloons, when filled with helium, should last up to 7 hours and good quality foil balloons can last up to a week or even more.

Are there any age restrictions on your sweets?

All the sweets selected in the Partycomet on-line catalogue are not recommended for children under 3 years, unless otherwise stated. Adult supervision is recommended.

What are delivery options for fancy dress?

Cut off time for ordering Fancy Dress is 1pm. Fancy Dress items are not available to be dispatched on our Next Day service, please choose Express or Standard Delivery.

I live nearby can I collect my order in an hour or so?

Unfortunately we are not set up to deal with over the counter sales and collection from our warehouse is not possible.

I am planning a big party do you offer discounts on large orders?

We are always willing to offer discounts to regular trade customers who require bulk items.

I purchased a pack of latex balloons about 3 years ago will they still be ok to use?

Latex balloons are bio-degradeable and it is generally thought that they degrade at about the same rate as an Oak leaf. We do not sell latex balloons more than 2 years old and they should be used within 6 months of purchase.

If the Latex balloons you have feel stiff to the touch and frequently burst when inflated then this is either a sign they are too old to use or cheap balloons (we only sell Qualatex or Amscan latex balloons).
